Joining in with Lucky 7's in 2014 this week - signs of Autumn, decided to kill two birds with one stone and make it my daily photo for this week as well, plus a few extras lol The garden hasn't been as colourful or as successful as I would like this year but that has given me a chance to review it and decide what to get rid of for next year and what to plant.
Tomorrow Yvonne and I are off to Exeter for a couple of days, looking forward to it, this is in place of our weekend of crafting due to my not being able to get any time off work this summer, so having to go on my rest days.
Enjoy your time in Exeter and say hello to Yvonne for me, please. What is the plant in the fourth photo down?
ReplyDeleteThank you Eileen, the plant is a Rhodondendron, I don't think it should be flowering again just yet, but it is!! x
DeleteSo many beautiful photos! The berries might be my favorite (because it is edible? :P) - no signs of autumn here as we just went to the beach and the pool today with our 30 degree weather!!!
ReplyDeleteOOH sounds lovely Nathalie, though our seas are still warm at the moment :) xx
DeleteGorgeous photos, Karen - really excellent class!
ReplyDeleteMany thanks for your support on my blog.
/ I like your new portrait - you look stunning!/
Good luck!
I like the blackberry one actually.. thanks for keeping up better than me ;-)
ReplyDeleteHope you enjoyed Exeter. Lovely photos. I love fuschias
ReplyDeleteNice set of pictures - I really like the poppy seed heads.
ReplyDeleteOf course, we are going in the other direction, with signs of spring all around.
Cheers (and hello again after a long while) - Stewart M - Melbourne
Beautiful autumn photos, thank you. Sadly not too many of the subjects are around now with winter drawing nearer.
ReplyDeleteI do like the poppy seed heads and the fuchsia and black berries look so plump.
