Ok I know the subject matter is not everyone's cup of tea but I am after some feedback here - which do you prefer the black and white or the colour? Thank you.
Day 8 of BlogtoberFest and today I visited Smitten Kitten today some lovely crafts on her blog. Made me think that I really should try crocheting again!!
I prefer the black and white and the narrow pic works better as well. Ps Alan prefers the black and white too x
ReplyDeleteThank you, appreciate it. x
DeleteI think for this composition I prefer the black and white
ReplyDeleteThank you Viv, I am inclined to agree with you and Yvonne. x
DeleteBlack and white for me too. Also agree that the crop enhances the end result.
ReplyDeleteThank you Eileen. x
DeleteI much prefer the black and white..much more atmosphere, if you know what I mean....when I take pictures of my local church and grave yard (sounds a bit morbid, I know..) they always look better in B&W, maybe something to do with the subject? :) Nice shots though Karen! :)x
ReplyDeleteThank you Tracey, have to say I love taking photos of grave yards, I find them fascinating places. x
DeleteOhh, sorry Karen, I'm Debi, and I'm glad you find these places fascinating places as well!! :) x How is your camera course going by the way?
DeleteI'm on my phone and I like the color version better. I like the contrasting of the white crosses with the green grass... I see that I am in the minority though...
ReplyDeleteLOL now you are doing a me, I am usually the odd one out when asked for opinions. xx
DeleteFabulous composition Karen, my personal preference is the colour shot, but maybe the black and white shot just needs a bit more sky.
ReplyDeleteThank you Joy, shall look at the sky. xx
DeleteI like the colour. Great shot, it reminds me of 'The Omen'. (No disrespect intended, I'm just a film buff.)
ReplyDeletewhen i saw the b&w i thought it would be my favourite.
ReplyDeletethen i scrolled down and you know i prefer the colour one.
the contrasts.
I surprised myself here and can see that the majority is for B&W X
