Monthly View

Well my monthly view has come to an end last month, can't believe that yet another year has just gone like that!!  Unfortunately the photos I took in August have gone missing, I thought I had uploaded them but can't find them, so I popped out and took another one today (only a little cheat).

I shall put the twelve photos together over the next week and post then.

I really can't decide where/what my next monthly project will be so taking a break from it for a short while, as there is a lot of other things going on at the moment that may prove to be very time consuming if they come off!!

Last Week

Sorry I have not been around much these last couple of weeks, life has been pretty hectic to say the least. Struggling to even remember what happened last week and why I didn't get on here!! How sad is that!!  I do know that I finally gave in a invested in a new computer which has taken awhile to set up and I am still finding my way around this windows 8 programme, sure I will take to it eventually!!

 

So here is my monthly view (March's view)

I haven't taken the view from my window yet, that is the next job on my list of things to do today.

 

So over on Lucky Snapping this week we have been challenge to talk about what we do when we feel vulnerable!!!  Hmm this is going to take some thinking as I can't immediately think of the answer to that one, not sure if that is because I don't feel vulnerable often or I am just not aware of it, if that makes sense.

I can't show you the POTD's that I have missed out for the week before last as they are on the old computer at the moment and I haven't transferred them over yet - oops.  I am hoping someone will tell me a quick and easy way to do this as appose to bit by bit which is sooooo time consuming but so far no one has :(

Had a lovely day at the NEC on Sunday, although it was a very long one. Alarms went off at 4am and I got home at 11.15pm!! Think I am still catching up with myself.  The company was good and not too much spent!!!  

Update on the leg, I did a 20min walk this afternoon as instructed to by the physio, prior to seeing him in the morning.  Have to confess to not wanting to walk for any longer, which was not the result I was hoping for :(  Still see what he says tomorrow.

 

Mick and I are off to Bath tomorrow for a few days til Sunday, whilst Amanda goes to Bristol to see her sister and her boyfriend (Amanda's that is).  So looking forward to that.  I have never been to Bath but always wanted to so hoping the weather stays dry for us :)

28/365 - Our village pub, not a good photo, taken after an awful evening at work :(

 

29/365 - View from my kitchen window,

30/365 - Perranporth, looking down onto the beach this time.

 

31/365 - A street in Truro - they have introduced 30 mins parking bays in areas now which makes life so much easier for quick stops - ie dropping quilt off at launderette.

 

32/365 - Penryn Asda car park, wet and horrid.

33/365 - Front cover of the Asda magazine, didn't go out in the car today.  This will be the closest I get to anything remotely romantic for Valentine's day!!

I did take this photo at the start of the month, but just haven't got round to posting it.  This was one of the first days in December when it wasn't raining!!  The tree that had fallen in the storms previously, had been chopped up, you can see some of the remains at the bottom of the photo.

New Monthly Photo

For the last two years I have done a montly photo and enjoyed it so going to continue for the third year. Different spot. This one is on the way out of the village looking back. Showing two in this post as it has already changed. I took the first one with my compact, I went back the next day with my dslr and the crop had been cut.  Also the sky is more interesting in the second!
