Memories of days gone by

Whilst in Wales we came across this old AA phone box - can't remember the last time I saw one of these, not sure if it still works as we are not AA members.  If  I'm right, once you join the AA then you were given a key and if you broke down the key would give you access to the phone inside to call for help.  I think the RAC use to do them also, well I remembe dad having an RAC key!!

  3. Hi there - I think it’s the Tardis from Dr. Who in fancy dress!

    Echidnas used to be called Spiny Ant Eaters - that’s what I was taught in school biology anyway! But nobody calls them that here!
